About
Hi there! I’m Samira — a curious mind, devoted problem-solver, and lifelong learner with a deep love for all things tech. My journey through the world of technology has been anything but linear.
If there’s one thing people often say about me, it’s this: “You have a way of making complex things feel simple.” That insight is what sparked the idea for this blog. Think of it as my digital notebook — a space where I share personal stories, technical adventures, and the small life lessons that surface along the way.
I hold a PhD in AI — a journey that stretched me in every possible way, both technically and personally. I’m currently a Staff AI Scientist at Google, where I’m fortunate to work on high-impact problems at the intersection of advanced technology and real-world needs. In my role as a technical lead, I focus on building product-centric Generative AI solutions — partnering closely with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and scale intelligent systems that are both innovative and practical. My passion lies in bridging research and reality: guiding AI projects end-to-end, from model design to production, to ensure they are not only state-of-the-art, but also resilient, ethical, and truly useful in people’s lives.
I’m honored to be a co-author of the book Social Data Analytics, where we explore how data and human behavior intersect in the digital world. But more than the titles or credentials, I believe in staying grounded, curious, and always open to learning from others. I’m also an avid reader, and books are a big part of how I think, learn, and dream — whether they’re deeply technical, focused on personal development, or about navigating and thriving in our careers. I’ll be sharing reflections and discussions, because sometimes the best tech insights come from the most unexpected pages.
So whether you’re here to geek out, get inspired, or simply wander through new ideas — welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here.
